Return Policy & Procedure
We guarantee the quality of our products and offer replacement for all defect items. Customer must inform us with the reasons of returning and quote your original invoice/order number via email within 7 days of receiving the products and obtain return authorisation number before sending back the items. No refund request is accepted.
We accept 3 types of returns:
Incorrect items ordered-within 7 days conditions
Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned in original packaging (i.e. unopened & no damage). Please check carefully when items arrived
Before opening the packing. It is the customer responsibility to pay the returning freight charges to Forever Tech. Goods that are returned with freight on receiver to pay will be rejected. You may return the items within 7 days from receipt of the items.
All incorrectly ordered goods returned to Forever Tech will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Faulty items-within 30 days conditions
All faulty items due to manufacturing process will be replaced with no charge. Please note the following conditions apply:
- Faulty items must be returned within 30 days.
- 70% of ink level maintained for each of the returning items.
We will examine the returned items and clarify the defeats with our supplying Manufacturers before resending the replacement items.

Before opening the packing. Please use regular post for the returning items (no couriers), we will re-send the correct items with no charge.
