When will I receive my order?

Once payment has been confirmed, the goods will leave us same day, and usually will be with you within 3 business days.

My Order hasn't been delivered yet - Where is it?

By placing your order and making payment before 3:00 PM on a business day will ensure your order to be processed, in time for next day dispatch.
Your order should be with you, within 3 business days, however this is often the next day.
If we had problems processing your order then we would try to contact you, so please ensure you have provided us with a valid telephone number and email address.

 

Do you have a store where I can pick up my order from?

Unfortunately we do not have retail stores. This was done on the purpose to keep our overheads as low as possible in order to keep our prices competitive.
Instead we have a central order facility which sorts orders and allocates them to your closest dispatch centre for delivery overnight.

I ordered Canon compatible PGI-5 and CLI-8 cartridges, but when I opened the packaging, they were marked as being for the BCI-3/5/6/8 series.

These are the correct cartridges for the PGI-5 and CLI-8 cartridge printers. They are labelled like this because they suit a variety of different printers.

I ordered Brother compatible LC-57 cartridges, but when I opened the packaging, they were marked as being LC-51.

These are the correct cartridges for the LC-57 cartridge printers. In Europe and America they are called LC-51. Other than the name they are identical, and compatible with the LC-57.

I ordered a few different products, but have only received some of my order, what?s going on?

In most cases, this is because your order may have been shipped as a split order from different warehouses. Occasionally this happens when one warehouse runs out of a particular item and is unable therefore to send your order complete in one package. Usually the balance of the order arrives within 3 business days of the first package as it has further to travel. If you have not received the balance of goods within this time frame please contact us immediately via our contact form.

What if I or my representatives are not available to accept and sign for goods when delivery is attempted by courier?

When you order a Genuine product from us, we use a courier that requires a signature, hence we cannot deliver to a PO BOX address, however our compatible products are all posted out, or we use a local courier company, most of these people will have an AUTHORITY TO LEAVE ARTICLE WITHOUT SIGNATURE Card..
Once delivery has been made, the responsibility and condition of goods is immediately transferred to the customer. For all special requests, any redelivery fees incurred will be borne by and charged to the customer at the exact rate charged by the particular courier hired by Forever Tech

You have advertised Free Delivery, but when I go to checkout, the delivery charge is there, what?s going on?

Our Free delivery advertisment refers to our Compatible Inks ONLY. If you added a cartridge or a Genuine product, a delivery charge will be incurred please rest assure, that a human process the order, and will consolidate freight for you..
